The Battle of Westport was one of the largest battles fought west of the Mississippi River and one of its most significant battles. Westport actually proved to be more decisive than Gettysburg. Bound in green cloth stamped in white and blind, spine lettering gilt, lower joint with old repair as well as inner hinges, previous owner's gift inscription, half of the leaves are lightly toned, bubble to cloth om upper board. A very good copy.
