Limited to 750 copies on Rives laid paper, large paper format. The present copy is #154. Portrait frontispiece, ix, 132 pages, 96 plates (including frontispiece and portraits). Dacier and Limay organized the Exposition in Paris (1927). Although several of the pastels still survive, some were lost both in World War II and others disappeared into the hands of collectors. This volume is one of the most extensive of the subjects. A very nice copy bound in stiff blue paper wraps lettered in black and dark blue, spine lettering black and dark blue, about a two inch tear to spine of upper wrapper but not through card stock under wrapper and small chip to foot. No names or book plates.
