Frontispiece, xx, 287 pages, lxvi pages, maps and plans, some folding. The sixty-six page appendices list the names of the officers and biographies of the Wynnes and others. The regiment was renamed 5th Royal Irish Lancers and disbanded in 1921, but a squadron was reconstituted in 1922 and immediately amalgamated with the 16th Queen's Lancers to become the 16th/5th Lancers. The yellow tabs are guides to the military uniforms in full color. Bound in a modern 1/4 green morocco over green cloth, raised bands ruled in gilt, lettering and top edge gilt, endpapers renewed, small pieces torn away at the upper conrers of the first three leaves, housed within a green cloth slipcase with the original front cover mounted. A very nice copy.
