Text in English and Spanish. 260 pages, illustrated with several photographic images, plus (40) pages of ads (including one for Blake & Mackenzie who advertise as both lithograph and letterpress printers. One of the best books on the mines of Mexico in the 19th century. It even speaks of the financing and how the protections were in place to protect against Col. William C. Greene who would create the Cananea Copper Bubble. A fine bright copy bound in full leather like clotjh lettered and decorated in gilt. An exceptionally nice copy.
