What began as articles in the Foundry magazine eventually led to the production of this volume. This original book was issued in a very small print run. Copies at NYPL, The Hagley, and four other libraries. A good only copy bound in green cloth lettered and decorated in black, central pictorial pastedown, lower board edges and damp stained and damp staining to margins throughout, boards are a bit warped.
