Frontispiece, 267 (1) pages. Rousselet was the Secretary of the Anthropology Society in Paris. His photographs were among the earliest in Morocco. A very beautifully designed book by Hachette bound in red pictorial gilt cloth depicting a floral design and lettering in gilt accented in black, spine gilt and black. pale green endpapers, all edges gilt, some toning to leaves, a very handsome copy.
