There is the lament of lost loves and the sweet memories of love affairs with Mexican senioritas as in "A Border Affair" with the sad words: "Never seen her since that night, I kaint cross the Line you know, she was Mex. and I was white." A very nice copy bound in rust cloth, spine lettering gilt, a touch of wear to corners, in edge worn and chipped unclipped pictorial dust jacket.
