The original edition in 1904 was originally published for private distribution in two fine printings of 100 copies. The present edition lists the textual additions in Davis's second printing of May 1904. The original type of the 1904 edition has been kept intact. New type-setting was kept to a Minimum. A fine bright copy bund in 1/4 beige leather over pale green cloth centrally stamped with three fish in gilt, spine lettered and decorated in gilt, in publisher's cloth covered slipcase.
