Limited to 300 copies signed by Ray Bradbury and William Nolan. xx, 29 pages. William F. Nolan's introduction discusses Bradbury's early fascination with carnivals and circuses as they would stop in Waukegan on their way to Chicago. He identified with the freaks and his earliest writing often returned to this theme. One of the best works on the circus/carnival theme of Bradbury as well as an afterword by him "Under the Mushroom Tent". One of the best that combines insight into the author and printed by Grant Dahlstrom at the Castle Press with binding by Bela Blau. A fine copy bound in 1/4 red cloth over black cloth stamped in gilt, spine lettering gilt, in the original fine red cloth covered slipcase with paper label.
