Signed by the author. xiv, 27 black and white photographic images, 256 pages, photographic images after page 160 continues photographs 28-85, xxxii. The first edition recalled from publisher and distristrubed through a book club which notes at bottom of "Table of Contents" that it now was a book club edition though it retains the original $7.50 price on the dust jacket. The probelm was the placement of photographic images. Section II stated photographs at page 256 but later updated to page 256.A very nice copy bound inblack cloth, spine lettering green and gilt, two minute corner bumps, in unclipped dust jacket lettered in green and orange,some rubbing and a couple of tiny nicks to spine ends and corners, small closed edge tear to rear panel. A very good copy.
