8 8 pages. Signed and inscribed by the author to Joe Beeler. Harry Wood was the Professor of Art at Arizona State University who also wrote this interesting 29 line letter to Joe Beeler, dated December 29, 1974. "...After reading your JOE BEELER SKETCH BOOK...the disarming honesty and good-humored light-heartedness of the text and the zest and skill of the drawings...I also enclosed a copy of the write-up and caricatures I made of the cowboy art weekend in Phoenix..." Enclosed is the typewritten letter, Wood's designed Christmas card from 1974 addressed to the Beelers', news clippings about the art show, and a brochure about Wood's Touring Exhibit (he became the first Arizona artist in the National Portrait Gallery). Bound in brown paper covered boards lettered in dark brown, spine lettering dark brown, once corner minutely bumped, ting closed tear to upper joint, in clipped pictorial dust jacket with edges rubbed.
