Goodridge children's poems (he also did a less popular one with sketches in white). This copy belonged to Vivian Evans, a Kansas City, Missouri schoolteacher in the first quarter of the 20th century. Bound in pictorial cloth lettered and decorated in black and white, spine lettering black, just a touch of finger soiling or toning to covers, lacks one front free endpaper, front inner hinge is cracked but holding well.
