Berlin: Osteuropa-Instituts Freien Universitaet, 1980. Octavo. Item #028036
283 pp. German text. Since the former Soviet Union is the only good example of a large country in which agriculture was centrally directed, professor Herlemann (before his time at the Wilson Center), had given a detailed example of that history in the period between 1940 and 1960. It also deals with differences between the Supreme Soviet, the Cabinet of Ministers and other political groups within the Soviet Union. His work is very detailed and provides bibliographic references to what he had discovered in his research. A scarce work bound in pale yellow stiff paper wrap printed in black, crease to rear wrap and a small bar code sticker.
