. 262 pages, index, illustrated. Jack Quinan noted that the subject of this book is one of the largest of Wright’s non-domestic commissions. It was the least well known owing to paucity of documentation. Paul Kruty was able, through extensive research, to bring an illuminating descriptive analysis to almost every facet of the building. Not only did it cover the length of two football fields, but with summer and winter gardens, five terraces, band shell, covered arcades, he opens the text with a folio of twenty-two vintage photographs and eleven plates of plans. A near fine copy bound in black cloth decorated in blind, spine lettered and ruled in silver in a fine pictorial dust jacket.
