Tillotson from Ososso Michigan who was wounded in action at the Battle of Williamsburg, Va (Sometimes called the Battle of Fort Magruder). Lt. Tillotson was received an honorable discharge on June 30, 1863. (p. 947). This copy was passed down to his daughter Rose E. Tillotson. Bound in 3/4 red morocco over brown cloth, spine lettered and ruled in gilt, small split to lower joint near head and foot, staining to head, inner hinges weakening. A very good copy.
