Limited to only 25 copies. The present copy is AP (artist Proof) Signed and inscribed by Gloria to her close friend and book artist Joseph D'Ambrosio. Gloria Stuart printed Haiku by WR & ukiaH by GS for Ward Ritchie's 1985 Christmas. With a low bow in Joseph D'Ambrosio's direction, this is the first book of Imprenta Glorias. The covers are of Pawlonia wood veneer, and the end papers gold Chinese tea chest paper. The black and brick colored papers are handmade Japanese Moriki Papers. The Enishi character is embossed and debossed into the black Moriki. The "Haiky" and "ukiaH' poems are printed on Barcham Green Dove paper. I silk screened the breast and net in gold onto the Japanese Fantasy paper. Laminated with real butterflies and leaves. The Japanese stab binding is with French silk twist. The type is Centaur and Goudy 30. A fine copy.
