Limited to 60 copies. Illustrated by Gene Holtan in the lighthearted and satirical style of artist Arthur Rackham. 9 mounted full-page illustrations, and several other line drawings. Bound by D'Ambrosio in an edition of only 25 copies and bound in a 1/4 Masonic sheep over linen-like cotton cloth. The covers were hand-shaped without the aid of moisture to make them pliable. The present copy is the "Binders" Copy and from his library. Signed by the author and the illustrator, housed within an orange cloth covered clamshell made specially for this work.
