The last volume, volume 7 would be the last work of Carl Raswan as he finishing this work just three weeks before his death and it was published the following year by his wife Esperanza. Carl Raswan was a German born American Scholar, author and adventurer. His chief interest in life was the Arabs, their culture and their horse. He spent several years among the Arabs. While he live in the United States were he made is home prior to the second world war, Mr. Raswan devoted his entire life to the service of the Arab horses culturally, physically and historically. He wrote several books and was the author of many international articles in this field and he was an authoritative scholar on the subject. Each volume bound in decorative cloth or leather like cloth in the colors of black, green, dark green, maroon and beige. a couple of volumes with light bumping to corners no names or bookplates.
