This is Ramsey Campbell's first supernatural novel since the award-winning Nazareth Hill. The author says "I believe the Darkest Part of the Woods does ore that I would like a supernatural book of mine to archive than any of my other novels. Ramsey did write novels for Arkham House when he was 18 in the style of Lovecraft's work. A fine copy bound in dark green paper covered boards, spine lettering gilt, in a fine pictorial dust jacket.
