A detailed visual and textual tour across America through beautifully executed engraved illustrations. A clean bright set without names, bookplates or foxing, just a hint of toning to outer margins, handsomely bound in full pebble grained morocco triple rule in blind, lettered and decorated in gilt, spines lettered in gilt, all edges gilt, inner gilt dentelles, marbled endpapers, minor wear to corners and a few scratches to gilt on upper edge. An exceptionally nice set.
