Each volume contains an engraved frontispiece, engraved title page and a regular title page. All illustrated with full page engravings with tissue guards by G. Greatback from original drawings by T.D. Scott. Bound in contemporary 3/4 brown morocco over marbled paper covered boards with matching endpapers, raised bands with compartment lettered and decorated in gilt, some spots of rubbing but in all a very nice set.
