Frontispiece, 410pp., laid in is a typed letter on the author's letterhead and signed. Illustrated with several photographic images of the author and with those animals he had killed. Simply written, this work covers the author's 8 journeys. He presents his adventures in diary form with dates and times. The end of the book is a listing of those animals he had killed between July 17th and October 30th, 1913. A very nice copy bound in green cloth, pictorial pastedown depicting the author surrounded by horns framed in gilt with a gilt lion and lettering, spine lettering gilt and fading, lower corners only slightly bumped. A very nice copy with a couple of faded spots on lower spine and lower edge of upper board.
