General Crrok had thrity three years of successful Civil War and Indian campaigns. He pursued the Apaches so relentlessly that on March 25, 1886, Geronomo requested a conference to discuss terms of surrender. A fine bright copy bound in 1/4 black cloth over gold cloth covered boards, spine lettering gilt, house within publisher's cloth covered slipcase.
