There was a second edition published in the same year and in 1912, a third edition in six volumes. 332pp., The work is divided into three parts: Part I treats of occurrences and matters affecting the state. Part II: of occurrences in the field and Part III: gives sketches of the organizations in the service from this state. An appendix has reproduced some War Department statements of general interest. Each part is preceded by remarks, a perusal of which will explain their scope and intent. A very handsome and desirable copy bound in dark blue pictorial gilt cloth, spine lettered and decorated in gilt, showing only minor wear to corners and spine ends. Light spots of foxing to fore-edges. No names or bookplates.
