221(1)pp., pages 127-(222) contain two appendices, A & B, appendix A is a brief description of Morland's best works not generally known and appendix B list the engravings after Morland, color frontispiece, with an introduction and notes by J.J. Foster, illustrated with 56 plates from examples in the national and private galleries. Bound in green cloth lettered and ruled in gilt, spine and top edge gilt, lower corners bumped, minute tears to spine ends, a few minor spots to upper board, from the library of Stoughton R. Vogal, M.D. with his bookplate. A very nice copy with lovely tissue guarded engravings.
