Enchede en Zonen, Haarlem, Holland. 200 copies (nos. 1-200) have been hand bound in full leather, (nos. 201-500) bound in Beau Brilliant cover paper, by Reliure du Centre S.A., Limoges, France. The sixteen stamps tipped in each copy were supplied by the author. The present copy is number 261. A fine bright copy.
