It is inscribed: "with many thanks for making this catalog possible plus--good memories of other catalogs you helped produce", to art director of Phoenix Public Library. One of the most influential African-American artists his work has been displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Library of Congress and the Phoenix Art Museum. He taught at a Arizona State University and formed the Consortium of Black Organizations for the Arts. A fine copy bound in black cloth, spine blank, in near fine pictorial dust jacket.
