In four volumes, from the French Library series, 401(1), 295(1), 327(1) and 323(10pp., each play is illustrated with an engraved frontispiece, bound in 1/4 tan polished calf over marbled paper covered boards, raised bands, red and dark green contrasting morocco spine labels gilt, some light scattered foxing, a bit of wear to head of volume two, some spots of darkening to binding otherwise a very good set. [Philippe Nericault] Destouches was a French dramatist who soon was elected to the Academy.
