The Selling of a Candidate; The Winning Formula

Los Angeles: Western Opinion Research Center, 1971. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Fine / Fine. Item #015114

106p. A pristine copy of a fascinating book by one who managed over 200 campaigns and whether we like it or not, it shows how campaigns are selling of the candidate. At times this work my seem distasteful but it honestly shows how the campaign manager presents the candidate in the best possible light. It may represent what is wrong with American politics but it tells us exactly how the average voter is manipulated.
