The First Edition (later that year to have title changed to: Gefallene deutsche Juden: Frontsbriefe, 1914-18 with hope that the rest of Germany would realize the great sacrifice made by German Jews during the Great War.) Sadly, the purveyors of antisemitism disregarded what in a normal society would have been viewed as a patriotic people. The Nazis simply shut down the Reichsbund Judischer organization in 1938 so that the facts would no longer annoy the few thinking people left in the Germany they controlled.
