An excellent compendium of United States government explorations in Alaska in the nineteenth century. Bound in 1/4 white cloth over blue marbled paper covered boards, spine lettering dark blue, a few spots of scattered foxing to white cloth, a very good copy in pictorial dust jacket showing wear to upper edge of rear panel, some rubbing to edges and corners.
